There will be an after prom meeting at 5:30 pm tomorrow in the high school gym prior to the Fall Sports parent meeting at 6 pm.

Just a reminder that all students that plan to go out for a sport this school year must attend one of the mandatory concussion training sessions this week. There are two dates left 8/13 and 8/15 at 1 pm in the high school library.
We will also be hosting our Fall Sports Parent Meeting on Thursday, 8/14, at 6 pm in the High School Gym. We hope to see all of our fall sports families there.

USD 312 is needing bus drivers for the upcoming school year! Training is available for those wanting to get a CDL, and regular route drivers are benefit eligible!

More progress has been made on the FACS room!
✔️ The HMS gym bleacher project is complete!
Progress report : our FACS room remodel is still underway! All demolition is complete and framing is being completed now.
The HMS/auxiliary gym is also getting a much needed update, new paint and bleachers! We appreciate our maintenance crew who took out the old bleachers and painted the gym.
🛠️ Construction on the FACS room remodel has begun! We are so excited for this much needed update, and can't wait to see what our students can accomplish in this upgraded space!
Last night, the Board of Education presented certificates of appreciation to some of our staff and members of the community.
The recipients were :
Ollie Lane (Haven Grade) - Ollie took 3rd place at the HGS spelling bee; sending her to the Reno County Spelling Bee, where she took 1st. Then she finished 6th in the state spelling bee! What a great representation of our schools!
Amber Brawner (Haven Middle) - For the past few years, Amber has led/co-led HMS M.O.M.S. group, and helped organize events such as Lattes with Loved Ones, student Christmas Parties, and more! These events boost the morale of students and staff.
Ashlie Rogers (Little Learners) - While another director was out on medical leave, Ashlie stepped in to take on new tasks. She recently moved in to the director role full time, and has brought with her fresh ideas to improve the program!
Jessica Collier, Patricia Cunningham, Kathy Cooper, Jordan Steeby (Haven High) - The food service staff at HHS are dedicated to providing amazing meals to our students and staff everyday! They take input from students and staff to ensure the best experience possible, and are always willing to help with special school and district events!
