*Parents/guardians of juniors/seniors. On December 1st the juniors and seniors will be going to New Market Square in west Wichita to do some shopping for our local kiddos off our Angel Tree. Please call the school if you are NOT comfortable with your student taking a little field trip to west Wichita. This trip will take place after lunch on December 1st. Thank you!

In order for us to return to school on Thursday 11/18, KDHE has told us students will need to return to the testing program. Students in the classrooms listed below will need to attend testing on Thursday morning from 7:00-8:00 AM at the high school gym. Any student who has had a recent positive PCR or is fully vaccinated with documentation will not need to test. There will be no AM bus transportation for these students. Testing will be a one day event as we have been in quarantine.

Due to significant increases in positive Covid cases at Haven Grade School, we have made the difficult decision to move to remote learning at HGS. Students will not attend in person from Thursday, November 11 through Wednesday, November 17. Teachers will provide information related to remote learning starting on Friday, November 12. Students are welcome to return in person on Thursday, November 18. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
