The Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) and the Kansas State Board of Education have recognized USD 312 Haven Public Schools in the 2024 Kansans Can Star Recognition Program! We’re proud to announce the following achievements:
Social-Emotional Growth – Copper Star
Kindergarten Readiness – Bronze Star
These awards reflect the hard work and dedication of our entire district. This is the first time the district has earned recognition in these areas.

October 2nd is National Custodian Appreciation Day! Please join us in saying a BIG thank you to all the staff who keep our buildings looking great!!


This week's Wildcat Spotlight is Mr. Hoerst!


Homecoming is this Friday! The Homecoming Ceremony will start at 6:30 pm at HHS Stadium. The Homecoming Parade will start at 3:45pm on Friday and proceed up Kansas Street to 5th street, ending at the High School. Come out and support our candidates and Fall sports teams! If your student rides the bus at HGS but will not be riding on Friday, please contact the office before 2:00 p.m. to make other arrangements. This helps us ensure that all students are accounted for and safe.

Late Start Reminder!!
Due to our monthly late start, buses will pick up students 2 hours later than their normal time on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. Classes will begin at 10:00 .

Reminder: No School on Monday, September 16, 2024
Please note that there will be no school on Monday, September 16, 2024, due to a scheduled Teacher Professional Development Day. This time allows our dedicated educators to engage in important training and collaboration to better serve our students.
Classes will resume as usual on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.


Reminder that the volleyball matches and football game in Remington have different start times compared to the normal CKL events. The volleyball matches begin at 4:00 PM and the football game will be played at 6:00 PM. Both will be located at Remington High School. Thanks!

Reminder that we will be having our fall activities pep rally on August 29th at 7:00 pm to kick off the upcoming season. All of our fall activities will be introduced and food will be provided. See you there!

The fall sports parent meeting will be on Thursday, August 8th at 6:00 PM in the high school gym. This is a great opportunity to hear directly from the coaches and administration about information regarding the upcoming sports season.

In accordance with KSHSAA guidelines, each middle school and high school student who plans on participating in an athletic program this school year MUST be trained in concussion symptoms and protocols. The dates and times for concussion training are: August 6th- 9:00 am/ August 7th - 1:00 pm/ August 9th - 9:00 am. The Tuesday/Wednesday sessions will be in the HHS Library, and the Friday session will be in the HHS auditorium. Remember, attendance to just one of the listed sessions is mandatory for participation. Thank you!

Parents, each building has encountered some errors with the enrollment process when families used the 3 step process as shown in the image below. Please login into PowerSchool and complete the enrollment process using the Forms button on the left hand side of the screen. Please call the respective office if you have questions. Thank you.


The high school phones are temporarily down while carpet is being laid in our offices. High School families, if you missed in person enrollment, please login into the PowerSchool parent portal and enroll your student(s) as soon as you can. We have many families that have not enrolled yet and our office will be making calls soon. All returning students must be enrolled each year. The high school office is open if you have any questions.
